Rotem Hornedo, RSMT, RSME, CMARotem is a CMA (Certified Movement Analyst), a Registered Somatic Movement Therapist, and a Leadership Coach. She specializes in identifying patterns that cause or hold pain and creating a specific practice for each client so they can move freely, find balance, and enjoy a full, meaningful and joyful life.
Rotem is the founder of the Balansa Center. The Balansa Center is a specialized place for
clients who are dealing with change, trauma, chronic pain, or recovering (physically and emotionally) from an injury.
Rotem combines her knowledge and skills as a social worker, certified movement analyst, registered somatic movement therapist and educator, and an Agile (Management and leadership approach) expert, to create a holistic and individual approach for each client.
Rotem is also a senior Capoeira (Afro-Brazilian martial art) instructor. Rotem was the Israeli female Capoeira champion in 2016. She also served as a medical and field hospital instructor in the Israeli Army from 1995 - 1996.
This workshop promises to uncover and unlock blocks that lead to freedom, and guide you through a process to elicit and enhance decision-making.
